You have 30 minutes to change your order after you have placed it. To make changes to your order, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org during our business hours. Once the order has been dispatched (if you received a shipping confirmation email), we are not able to modify your order.
All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. An email notification will be sent to you once the order is sent out.
If DHL eCommerce shipping service is selected, your package will be handled by the DHL before the customs clearance. Once it is cleared by your local customs, your local courier service will take the responsibility to deliver your package.

Shipping & Tracking
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer thinks they haven't received it, we won't take responsibility for that order. We suggest you confirm the shipping address was correct and follow up with your local post office.
If your shipping address is wrong, please send us an email with your correct address within 30 minutes after placing the order. If your order is already sent out, the address cannot be updated. If the customer left a wrong address and did not contact us for correction, Unclench.co does not take responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong address.
Usually, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. We will issue a refund once we confirm the returned package.
Refund & Exchange
If you have registered an account with us, please log into your account and select the items you want to return. If you don’t have an account with us, please contact our customer service team by emailing to email@example.com to start the return process.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your original order for a refund and then place a new order.
Once the returned package is delivered to our warehouse, it usually takes our warehouse 3-5 business to process your refund. A refund notification will be sent to you once the refund is issued. It will take another 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
We apologize for the defective items. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos of the damaged part or the wrong item you received. We would be happy to send you a replacement for free.
