Please request a refund by filling out the refund request form within 7 days of receiving your package. You have 30 days after you receive your package to ship it back. We do not issue the refund after the 30-day period.

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Once orders are sent out, we are unable to make any change to the shipping address and we cannot issue a refund while the package is in transit. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Please ensure that all your shipping details are correct including the unit number if you are living in an apartment. Orders that are returned to our warehouse because of an invalid or incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are requested to be reshipped. Orders that are unclaimed after holding period in the customs and post office which result in a return to our warehouse will be deducted a $7.99 restocking fee if package is requested to be refunded.

Only partial refunds will be issued if the item is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Please contact our customer service team to start the return process. Once your return is received, we will send you a notification email. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The amount of the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically within a certain amount of days according to the processing speed of your bank.

Processing Time

It might take 1-3 more days for the package to be submitted to our operating department after delivery. Please provide us with the tracking number if applicable. It will take us 1-2 business days to approve or reject your refund. The transaction process may take another 3-5 business days depending on the credit card company you are using. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please contact your credit card company if you haven’t received the refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are arrived damaged. If you have received a damaged item, send a photo of the damaged part you received, along with your order number. After we have verified your claim, our staff will send you a replacement for free.
